I achieved my Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of Mary Hardin - Baylor and hold a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy from The King's University in Southlake, TX. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders and eating disorders. Additionally, I have worked with adults, adolescents, and couples. I use an eclectic approach consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered with an attachment lens. I combine these modalities to better help my clients according to their needs. I genuinely seek to understand my client's world and I enjoy collaborating with my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
